Preparation of Marita Burn + Control Coffee with Psyllium
Coffee Portion
- 1 heaping teaspoon or 1 shallow teaspoon of Café Marita
- 250 ml of hot or cold water (avoid very hot water)
- Sweeten with Marita Stevia (only if sweetening is necessary)
How to Drink Coffee
- 3x per day for weight loss (minimum 2x)
- Have a glass of water before and after Café Marita
Coffee Hours
- Breakfast - Replace traditional coffee with Café Marita
- 30 minutes before lunch
- Afternoon until 6pm - Avoid using coffee in the evening
Observations
- If you like milk, take it at least 2 hours before or after consuming Café Marita for best results
- Maintain healthy eating habits and exercise to achieve better results
Important Attention
• Do not drink coffee on an empty stomach to avoid hypoglycemia
