Marita Coffee Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Marita Coffee.

Due to the nature of our products—food and beverages—we maintain strict quality and safety standards.

As a result, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not permitted once an order has been completed and delivered.


No Returns or Refunds Policy

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any products purchased, including but not limited to:

  • Coffee (beans, ground, capsules)
  • Beverages
  • Consumable goods
  • Perishable items

This policy ensures product integrity, hygiene, and customer safety.


Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)

We will only review claims under the following circumstances:

  • The item received is damaged upon delivery, or
  • The item received is incorrect (not what was ordered)

If this applies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Upon review, we may offer a replacement or appropriate resolution at our discretion.


Non-Eligible Situations

We cannot offer compensation in the following cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preferences
  • Incorrect storage after delivery
  • Orders delivered successfully without damage
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

Shipping and Responsibility

Marita Coffee products are shipped using optimized logistics partners. Once the order is marked as delivered:

  • Responsibility transfers to the customer
  • We are not liable for improper handling, storage, or delays outside our control
